2D-IR studies of organic and inorganic azides dissolved in ionic liquids show different solvation structures and picosecond dynamics.
A huge MAE up to 180 meV is found in a 2D Ir–DCA framework with the easy axis perpendicular to the sheet.
The 2D-IR spectrum of Ala-N3 shows cross-peak, but cannot be identified clearly. The 1D slice spectra obtained from 2D-IR spectrum reveals the presence of hidden Fermi resonance peak.
